Is the Aero Hunter strap (padded portion) a lot longer than the padded portion of this shoulder strap? I have a shoulder strap that is similar to the one you are showing, but I'm a pretty big guy and end up with just the 1" webbing supporting me on my sides and under my arms.

It works good for me and im 236lbs currently. No discomfort at all.
