I know it's a long shot, but the original publisher of this book (Tate Publishing) has went out of business and I have not had any luck tracking down audio cd's or active download of the audio version of the book. It's still listed on the authors page, but the links are dead. I emailed the author and he said there are no plans to release another one.

The original ISBN of the audio books (both download and cd) was 9781617770265. I've had no luck via google fu, but if you find a copy out there on the web or have a personal one you're willing to sale, let me know.
