Xop sticks/platform. Will this work?

Was thinking of taking my good stick and making the top step a platform with angled aluminum. Adding a versa button to bottom of stick so the bottom of stick won’t kick out. Anyone tried this or something similar

Yes...We have tried all kinds of things including lw seat mounted on a stick. That bent the stick pretty hard, but just a bar across the top works for some.
 
I give it and try and get back with my finding. Best of luck hunters.
