Legit......I've camped and hiked in the smokey mountains, hiked a laughable sliver of the Appalachian, and had plenty of hours pulling winch cable going up some of the nastiest mountains the east Coast has to offer.....my statement still stands, I'd rather hike a mile straight up (or undulating if u prefer) the mountain than a mile in flat, zero elevation,sugar sand
 
Im taking this as a self invitation.i will call in a rosie for you if you are here next month.then you will get a feel for the differnce in terrain between the cascades and the coast range.white tails dont live here for à reason.that reason has to be exsperianced in person.i can go walk in sand playing horse shoes.
