I’m kinda split on it, I sold my current kestrel to fund the kite, had to kick in $40 with shipping. Not bad price of admission to upgrade. The tipping point for me was the light weight & modified linesman hookup points. Plus it sounds like the mantis is a bit more minimalist....... I’m a big dude

I did grab a predator platform on preorder...... that one was actually an even swap money wise for my klemz.... hoping for a slightly larger footprint. Maybe by the end of the month I’ll have both...

My son and I each bought the Kite. Got the notice they shipped today. We should be able to get plenty of practice secessions in before hunting season. All we need now is to get the shipped notice for the Predator platform!

Oh that stinkin kestrel shipping thread was awful. The secret one was worse, I had to quit....I got a handful of pages behind & realized I’d never get that part of my life back.

Got shipping confirmation a little while ago. Now that was fast ordered on the 7th.
I also recommended they start a thread about release on here. Don’t know if it will happen or not.

Not sure what you ordered me just saddle. Send Ms Debbie an email or call customer service is top shelf with them. I’ve bought this is my 4th saddle from them never had any trouble.

I just bit the bullet and ordered the Kite along with the kit. I hope they keep shipping as quick as they have for those that ordered earlier. I am excited to get my hand on it. It will be interesting to test the ropes and the one handed adjustments.

I’ll try & get a good video when I get mine, rather than get a fired up thread about stays & dates ordered & all. It was craziness last round, rather not fuel the fire! I will say this I’m a loyal customer due to customer service & quality of product last time around. I may tryout something else down the road, but what’s not to love about an improved lightweight kestrel......
