Black Mantis Prototype

Looks awesome, but personally I like the color scheme of the current mantis.

Again, looks awesome, but I would need a wow factor color/camo scheme to justify buying a second saddle.
 
Yeah. I guess it depends on where you are but hunting season for me means very leaves on trees. If I'm up 15ft in the air and a deer is looking up I suspect he's go I g to see the tree as really dark and the sky as very light. If I understand correctly deer do not have the same dynamic range as us.

Climbing sticks and ground hunting are a different matter.

And x2 on if the deer can see the black and pick apart me against the trees in camo. Either I screwed up or he did.

Im down for black for all the reasons @DaveT1963 previously stated. Color choice really should based on vision of your prey. However color is not nearly as important as uv radiance of those colors. So @ckossuth if you sell one im down for it as well!!
 
I think red should ban the word secret on this site!

I like the black - I also get yelled at when I mix and match black and brown accessories by the girlfriend...but i'm a fan of black/coyote...

You could wear a pink saddle and if the deer is close enough for it to somehow give you away, he should be toast anyway.

Glow in the dark lineman's loops might be cool, is that a thing?
 
Black kryptek!!!! Would look cool but I wouldn’t want to hunt with it. I don’t like black straps. I know it doesn’t matter to the deer but it just erks me.

I'm pretty sure I saw a video or pic last year, maybe on AT, where a guy killed a deer while wearing a pink bunny suit. I like the black, looks good.
 
Like three ppl have their mantis they ordered months ago and now we are prototyping a new color. Haha nice skills
