Treehopper is 90degree off the trunk...this 1 u got 15 and 30 degree optionTo me, it looks like a plastic treehopper suit basically.
They should be able to make cross members thru the whole thing to tie it together better without adding much weight or losing function.Seems easy enough to make a light and heavy duty version...Hd version beef up the structure...obviously there gonna be a weight difference. After the holidays I gonna buy 1 to compare against my tree sack. They got me beat in carry weight and bulk.
I do like the 30 degree option. I think I will be more of a leaner (will be my first season).Treehopper is 90degree off the trunk...this 1 u got 15 and 30 degree option
We would already have an angled treehopper type platform if you know who would start making them.Treehopper is 90degree off the trunk...this 1 u got 15 and 30 degree option

Have you stood on one yet? Holds to the tree very solid. Hard to knock something until you try it!I prefer flex as its better on your knees but Im down right afraid of that thing.

Yes sir I have been emailing with Brady one of the owners . He said they used the proto types Last year in the fridged weather and never had any issues. And he also stated the production version is stronger than the proto types are! They are strong. Despite the flex....they've been tested at 800 lbs without bereaking.....they've been tested all last winter in minus degrees up here in Northern MN.
If you tried one, I don't think you'd be scared because the platforms are extremely strong and durable, especially if it's attached to the tree properly.Too scared to

So trying something out for yourself to see if you like it is wrong??? Someone better let all those guys going to the shows and expos trying new equipment that they are doing it all wrong, especially if they thought they wouldn't like it, and after trying it for themselves, they did like it!
Try and find someone close to you to try one. If, after trying it, you don't like it or think the price is too high, you vote with your wallet. Just curious, what are you currently using as a platform?Might be sweet with a step on each side. $150 now though. Bummer. Oh well
