Probably not normal but I found a dead head with the nose eaten like that. It was still somewhat fresh and it looked like a coyote had been going to town on its nose.View attachment 83744
I found this nice 7 point last week about 300-400 yards from my favorite rut spot. He had good mass on the main beams for this area. I’ve never seen a dead head with the nose bone completely eaten off. Is this fairly common?
Ukrainian girl who’s friends with our daughter, their family came to US about a year ago, she and her dad came with me Sunday to plant trees... guy walks 20 yards through some grass by the food plot, finds a nice 5 side, walks another 15 yards finds our best bucks other side (first shed found earlier this year). Pretty good 15 minute shed hunting career!View attachment 83513View attachment 83514
Let’s see!!Found my biggest shed ever yesterday w/ the grand kids. 200 yds from the house! I estimate him at 150" if I had found the other side. I quickly taped it at 66"ish.
I'm computer challenged. I don't know how to post pics. I can text them to someone if they are willing to post the pics.Let’s see!!
If you can text them, you can post them. To make sure they are small enough you may need to open your picture on your phone and take a screenshot of it (usually holding down two of the side buttons at the same time does this). Then open saddlehunter on your phone, and click on the attach files button under where you type a reply. Mine opens to options for camera, photos, or files. I click on files, and then navigate to my screenshots (or depending on how your phones photos are stored, the screenshot may just show up as the most recent photo you've taken) tap on the photo you want and it should start uploading at the bottom of your screen, once it's uploaded click on insert full image and bam, it's in your post. Or PM me for my cell #.I'm computer challenged. I don't know how to post pics. I can text them to someone if they are willing to post the pics.
Where I come from that would be an off the charts good haul. The 10 point is gorgeous and I really like the crab claw buck.Well this is my haul from this past shed season. A matched 10 pt set of a buck I'm going to hunt, a side from a buck I had on camera alot and narrowed down, the previous years shed from the buck I killed back in Nov, and some others I found along the way.

These 2 are my future hunters. We have few bucks running around the neighbor hood so they find a few sheds every year. They just love finding them. Papa may plant a few but this one was a legit surprise though. Saw him in headlights one night but haven't seen him before or since.
