    Sounds like the verdict is just add some bow wax. The nylon bushing seems good too I would worry it may impact the integrity of the platform but admittedly I'm not even close to an engineer.

    So I've been out about 5-6 times with my Predator Platform and I love the weight, size and packability. One issue I have been having that is driving me nuts is it keeps popping/creaking when I'm shifting my weight. I think it is coming from the bolts but I'm not sure. I'm probably around 200lbs...
