    My diy bow and bag hook. It's a double coat hook attached to the main line via 3 zip ties. Used it and working really well so far. Can't believe I never thought about doing this earlier.

    Natural vegetation ground blind for deer

    Ground hunt from opening weekend. Deer eventually made their way to ten feet in front of the foreground grass. Unfortunately my arrow released oddly after I stood up and I made a complete miss. Always a lot of fun to get that close to deer without them busting you.

    I just missed a shot too!!! Doe was ten feet in front of me! Arrow made a "Clunk" sound as it released. Clean miss. Took like twenty shots when I came home and they all hit perfect. I have no idea what happened. Like you said, better to miss entirely so there won't be a track job.
