$120 is as low as I would go - will just keep it otherwise.

Actually, just went back - I have $140 into this one, so I will sell it for $130, buyer pays shipping. I thought it was $160, but I was off by $20.

Yep, as I had one of those. Pretty sure I have a bit more than $150 into this one. And, truthfully, even though it is a bit heavier then the v1 predator that I had, I actually like this one better. So, if $150 is to much, make an offer, but I can also ship in a day, vs weeks+ for new...

I have a misty mtn titan aid climbing harness, it has a full strength rear loop, so I girth hitched a couple runners through that, threaded them through, and wrapped them around the load bearing part of the harness in front. Works great. That said, I will probably buy a Mantis this winter/spring.

    Knaider/Swaider tutorial

First off, thank you all for all the great knowledge on the site in general, and for this specific technique in particular. I bought some wild edge stepps a couple years ago, but never really found them all the great or easy to use. Then, I read about pre-stretching the rope, the alternate way...

    Need Pack Advice!

I really like Kifaru, but they are not cheap. Most of the higher end packs will compress down really well for day hunting, but have the frame and suspension to carry heavy loads. I will be running a Kifaru 22mag on a 22" frame this year. Seems about perfect for my uses.

    Pack options

I love my Kifaru Tailgunner, but I also have been running it beltless. Great for scouting or 3D, esp in the summer as your back doesn't get as sweaty. Also, they feel much less restrictive with movement than a backpack. I run a Kifaru frame packs when I need to carry my hunting stuff - a 24"...
