    Gen 3 One Sticks....

After season ends I'll see if they will.

    Gen 3 One Sticks....

It bothers me from the standpoint that for the cost they should be perfect. But as far as safe I'm not bothered at all.

    Gen 3 One Sticks....

I bought a single gen 3. This was after I bought a set of 3 gen 2. I was really pissed about the recall and lack of testing before selling. That being said I "tested" them all myself wanting to see if i could break them. Since then I have climbed with them many times for practice before season...

    Tethrd One Sticks Gen 2

I'm new and it's already expired with me. Haha

    Tethrd One Sticks Gen 2

So I've been pretty annoyed with this recall. I spent a lot of money on what I thought was going to be a great product. ( I'm new and was unaware of tetherd previous problems). I wanted to test these myself before I sent them back for return or refund. I "tested" them individually. I set stick...

    Tethrd One Sticks Gen 2

I'm kind of shocked. They are giving away one sticks on an IG contest. ***? I'm new to this whole scene. But I'm learning a lot and really wish I didn't jump in so fast. I would have spent money elsewhere

    Are we unsafe?

Very true. I may have a skewed opinion about leaving the ground from a career in construction.

    Are we unsafe?

I'm brand new to SH. But I feel much safer with the saddle than any portable tree stand I've ever used. Sometimes you just have to put trust in the equipment and have fun.

    Tethrd One Sticks Gen 2

I'm only 150 maybe that's why mine didn't break. Haha

    Tethrd One Sticks Gen 2

I thought same thing about the answer on number of sticks that broke. It wasn't a very confident response either. I should have asked on testing procedure. Personally I'm going to do some testing this weekend. I'll add wearing a weighted backpack and set almost ground level

    Tethrd One Sticks Gen 2

I just called tetherd. I received shipping label while on phone. No response when I emailed. So I suggest calling. They said sticks can either be returned for testing or a refund issued. Turn around time testing and shipping was 3-4 weeks. I asked how many have failed. The response was 3-4...

For sure. I'm hoping some real info comes out. If not from tetherd, a member of forum will find out

    Tethrd One Sticks Gen 2

I still have not heard back from tethrd other than the automated email. I'll call tomorrow. I've used them a few times practicing with no problems. I'm only 150# maybe I'll just test them aittle harder at home close to the ground. By the time I get anything back it will be late season and if i...

    Tethrd One Sticks Gen 2

This is really disappointing to say the least. I thought "buy once cry once" when I paid for mine. I'm beginning to understand the tethered hate now. I just want a refund at this point.

    Aider advice for a beginner

Thanks for the advice guys. Ended up getting a 3 step for bottom stick and 1 step aiders for the other 2 sticks. Practiced with them today. So far I like the set up. What do you guys use to hold stick to saddle while climbing? I was using little caribeaner because that's what I had on hand...

Yeah. The one stick method looks really cool and minimalist. But I better learn multi stick first. Haha

    Aider advice for a beginner

I'm totally new to saddle hunting. I have 3 sticks and know I will need an aider(s). I'm leaning towards a 3 step movable. My other thought was just a single amsteel step on each stick. What would you all suggest? Thank you.
