5lb climbing method - Aider/Knaider with Wild Edge Stepp Ladders

I added a "cinch tube" to both the Kn & Sw made out of a 5" piece of tubular webbing. Slides up and down by hand but seems to stay put better than castration band when cinched down to boot. I think it handles the outward pressure better that your body weight puts on the two vertical straps coming up from your boot. Plus it has more surface area friction than the band.

Gave this a go on my knaider last nite practicing at the house. Worked well even after multiple trips up and down. Thanks for the insight!

I've used this system multiple times now and I like it more and more. Still, nothing beats spurs, but when those are a no-go, this is what I'm taking.

@g2outdoors have you tried a way of attaching an aider to the predator or strap. Seems like you could eliminate that fourth step.

I haven't but a couple guys are putting a smaller aider on the predator and it seems to be working well. It's a great idea actually.

This video is no longer available and im interested in learning it. I remember seeing it a few months back. Anyone have an idea of another video of this?
