24 oz without bolts, nuts, versa buttons, and amsteel ropes. I think I could change some things and get the final full weight with hardware and ropes at 1lb 8oz, but not certain just yet. The steps are 9" and could easily be 8". Also could drop a 1/2" I think on the height of step material. I think there is some more weight savings on the standoffs but I want those pretty solid.
 
7 lbs 6oz just like you see them. Pretty happy with how they turned out. Just need to paint the steps and standoff but will wait till season goes out. Might get them cerakoted or powder coated if I can find someone and it's reasonable

Made the Virgin climb with these in the back yard a few minutes ago and good grief do they bite the tree. Know I just gotta figure a way to get them down to 1.25 lbs, which is my ultimate goal.

Man those standoffs look sweet. I wonder if I could swap my lone wolf standoffs for a set of yours. I built my sticks last summer and wanted to get some standoffs like what are on the beast sticks but they aren’t available. These look equally viable.

Where were y'all a few years ago when I was using lone wolf's and then heliums??!!!! Now i've got too much invested to be able to switch! Hahaha. Great to see all these cool DIY's coming out! Looking forward to next season with a saddle and my new (old) sticks. Can't wait to see what's next!

Guess I will get to check out some beast sticks. Who knows, they may be for sale if they aren't that much of an imrovement over my DIY design. It kind of pains me to let them go but I can always make another set. Wanted to get my hands on some beast sticks to try, just had to help fund that.
