Ok, not to be politically incorrect, but was that designed for a mid........errrrr little person tree stand? That seat post looks awful short.

I guess I didn't look at the specs close enough. The seat and platform size are about what I expected, but that seat post length does seem like a heck of a squat

I’ve had it for two days and have hung it a few times initial thoughts. Preface I’m 5”5 155 size 8 boot
Pros:
Light-Mine came in 6.8 ready to hunt with two fulls attaches and aiders 12 pounds
Lots of adjustment- both seat and platform
Just enough room- in both seat size and platform.
Profile- they killed it
Overall quality. High
No need for bungees can use straps with great effect in a long down sticks

Cons
Edges are sharp. I sanded my edges where my straps go to ensure they don’t get cut through like on the old sandcast
Bow holder. Is Almost to small for my old Mathews. would of lengthened it about an inch more. To for more rounded cam bows.
Size- For normal size people Similar to the wind walker... u won’t have enough room to change your mind.
Full length sticks. Stick out a ways from bottom of stand. Expected for a stand this size but fulls will effect profile
Over all impressed and I’m pumped to hang and hunt. I hope to pair these with minis And truly see the design in its full

Would the cushion attach to the bottom of the seat instead of the top? Then you could flip the seat up once your in the tree and use the cushion as a knee pad for saddle hunting.

Yea it’s just Velcro straps holding it

Yes, I have mine the way you explained, it works as great knee pad. For this application I wouldn't want the post any longer.

I love everything about my .5 stand, my only concern is how sharp the post is. I just hope it wouldn’t cut the strap over time, but I still can’t believe how light it is...

Can someone remind me the actual weight of a ministick? This set up is starting to get my attention
