The front sight doesn’t really matter as far as accuracy goes. There are reasons to mount the front sight backwards such as giving you more room on the top rail, making it easier to flip it up especially when gloved and if it doesn’t lock in place it’ll stay up easier especially when going through brush. As for the rear sight the diopter would be reversed so it won’t gather light as well and you won’t get the diopter effect but your line of sight and depth of field shouldn’t be effected so however you wanna mount them is up to you. If you aren’t using a diopter rear then even better. One of the most decorated snipers in the world used iron sights so there’s that.Are they? I was trying to figure out if it mattered or not. That was the best I could figure how they went from pictures I can find. I haven't got to shoot it yet. Been cold and snowy since I put it together. I'll flip them if they are suppose to face the other way.
