Anyone have a youth size release I could get to fit a 9 yr old kid? I've ordered two and neither one has an adjustable barrel length. Not sure if I can buy an adult size to adjust down small enough. Kinda new to this since I've shot a recurve my whole life.

It's nothing fancy. But it works. Got one for my son. He's 7. Likes to use his fingers more. But it fits. Screenshot_20221213-154601.png

I bought the patriot Jr. for my kids too, works pretty well but something with a strap type attachment to the release head may offer you the adjustment you need, something like this is what I would look for.

Cobra Maverick has a really short head that you can get as close to wrist strap as you want. I think they have a junior model as well.

Scott makes a youth wrist strap that has fully adjustable paracord like material I got my son a year or 2 ago. That should well for him

The tru ball shooter and Scott hero are both nice. Both fit my son at 5 years old and he is smaller in size.

I just thought a wrist strap may be easier for starters.
A wrist strap can cause more bad habits than making it easier. It’s the easiest release to punch or hammer. They make allot of small buttons and hinges. I actually have two hydraulic releases down here
