Best Lighted Nocks

I went with nocturnal for my day six arrows, the only downside was, like many people have said, one doesn’t work right out of the pack. I wasn’t driving all the way back to Cabela’s to exchange them, I’m just keeping it for practice.

I bought two packs last year and one in each pack did not work...then you have to stick a tip of something in the nock to turn it off. I love the one where the switch is on the side. I won't go back to Nocturnals...and I must have almost two dozen dead ones.

Another vote for nockturnals

I’ve experimented with others but keep coming back.

I bought one pack of Nocturnals last year, out of the 3, one died after a few shots, another after one shot, and that was into a deer. The deer bounded off with my arrow embedded in its shoulder, sadly I did not recover the deer, good news is I’m still getting pics of him. No penetration, and yes heavy arrow setup. But that arrow I ended up recovering the next morning and had it still been working that evening I may have slept a little better that night. And the last one was still working I assume but can’t confirm because I GAVE it away. Just didn’t have luck with the Nocturnals. Maybe they used to be better, I dunno. I can’t get on board with 1 or 2 out of 3 working. Hoping to have better luck with the Nufletch Ignitors. So far so good but haven’t extensively tested yet.

ive used glory nocks and nockturnals, then i used the cheaper amazon ones and the amazon ones are by far better imo..

I'm realize I'm old but have never seen the need for a lighted nock other that to separate me from more money. I shoot a pink fletching and usually have a good idea where I've hit. Then I slip down after 30 minutes and read the blood and hopefully what's on my arrow. I do admit they work great for guys that film.

i was in the same thinking as you. Then I dove down the rabbit hole and started watching videos. I saw a video where a guy hit a deer slightly quartering away, the arrow went in and then hit and crazily deflected off he opposite leg. It landed about 35 yards.Behind and to the right of the deer into some long grass. I thought that I don’t know if I’d ever have been able to find the arrow. One of the areas I hunt is very similar. So for me it’s more about being able to find the arrow after the shot easier.

I too thought the same thing. Until I was given a pack about 12 years ago...shot a deer in the gut and 12 hours later I found it in it's bed. It stood up and I shot though some brush...it deflected and hit the deer in the shoulder and got one lung and stopped. I was able to track the deer through the wood becasue of my lighted nock bouncing and then stopped and laid down. Got up to the deer and was able to get another shot in the deer again. All because I was able to track my nock though the woods and see where it was lying in the grass.

Just bought my 1st set of lighted knocks. NuFletch igniters, I'll see how they hold up with practice over the summer.

For some reason I can’t find replacement nocks on their website but if you break any shooting groups, just google it and it will take you to their site. I think they were $6 for 12 of the clear nock part.

Just found them on nufletch website. $6.99 for 12

I have .204,.246, and I just received xbow nocks yet to be installed. They are probably not the brightest of all nocks but I consider that to be a good thing. My purpose for them is to find my arrow and in the dark woods it doesn’t need to be a beacon. I have read that it’s “believed” that deer can see a lighted nock coming at them so why the need for BRIGHT LIGHTS? Above all else, these nocks are a normal size and blood or water won’t short the out.

Have G's on the way...should be delivered tomorrow!

which brand? I have G’s in nocturnals I’m curious how some of the other compare. Besides nocturnals most other require glue in ourserts or some other multi piece setup.
