Bow Release Preference

Tru ball fang 4, just bought it today. Crisp at release and no pinch on the loop off the string. I also have 2 other thumb releases that I use, I think that they are also tru ball thumb releases. When practicing, I will put all three in my pocket or pouch and after each shot, I will change releases. each release has a different point of pressure to make the release fire, in return cause me to concentrate on my target and not the release. This practice and long range practice has helped me improve so much.
After all that, I refer the thumb type releases.

Check out Carter releases. I use the Wiseguy. I have several Carters and they are one of the best out there.

I upgraded to a Scott rhino xt a couple years ago. I really liked having a single hook instead of 2 Jaws. The one thing I hate about a wrist release is that they're always in the way. Can't stick hand in pocket, bangs against stand, etc.

Last year I switched to a hinge release. You want to improve your accuracy? Switch to a hinge. I have a Trufire (I think) thumb release for hunting.

Just like bows and everything else everyone will tell you something different. Go and try some out. I switched from a Tru-fire wrist release to a Stan SX3 thumb release. I have always wanted to try a Hot Shot Vapor but nobody carries them around me.

Thanks everyone for your input. This is very helpful. Looks like i will shopping for a buckle strap wrist type release and will explore all the brands you have mentioned. I appreciate the in depth descriptions of how they have worked for you. I will let you know what I find.
