I’d be weary of going that thin, especially with no other bolt support. Even with the significant increase in mechanical strength properties and control of hole tolerances I’d expect you’re still going to wear out the holes and get wobbly fast without reinforcement there. Thoughts?Sticks should probably be 1” square if you plan on using any off the shelf steps or standoffs. If you can find 7075 tubing you can cut the wall thickness in half to 1/16” and save a substantial amount of weight.
