Does anyone have a contact number for the Tethrd Company? I ordered my Mantis and would like to add a back rest to my order given the fact that it has not shipped yet to try and save some money on a separate shipping charge for a back rest. I have sent an email with no reply as of yet.
 
There isn't one. I'm still trying to get a tree tether taken off my order from August 24....emailed twice, still nothing, good luck
 
I've emailed as well with no response, other than the 'auto'.
I just found this number on my PayPal transaction. Haven't called it yet though.

It’s unfortunate, but nice to see I’m not the only one. 3 emails without a response dating back to 8/28. Maybe they have some technical issues.......maybe???‍♂️

Either that, or: a fledgling, young company that is understaffed as they try to get things off the ground and running, while still doing their full time jobs and attending to family matters, all while trying to ensure all new products meet specs before shipping out and meet their strict standards and get the remaining products ready to ship too!
Patience is a virtue, often not found in today’s society. Every contact I have made with them has been replied to, but in time. Maybe I am more parltient because I saw the other side of things growing up as my parents went off on their own starting a business, but don’t worry, they will get back with you or work with you on what you need. Keep in mind, you are only 8 days out from your first email, 3 of which where a holiday weekend. Not that they were ignoring your email, but I did get an auto email over the weekend that says they packed most of my order and shipped it on Monday (the holiday), so they are hustling to get things out for all of us!
 
When emailing Tethrd you will get an auto reply right away. Its a generic message but include as many details about your order like the order number. I had questions on my two orders and attached both order numbers and received a reply within 12 hours. This should help them answer you more promptly. It may have been a fluke on the response time i got but its just a suggestion for those having difficulty.
 
I bought more stuff in a second order and notified them. They merged the orders for me.

I had also originally ordered an extra Predator for a friend and he wants to stick with his Summit climber.

I emailed the hello Tethrd email & got a very quick response & quick refund for that Predator.

@Chistavocat I really think the guys got overwhelmed. Not excusing anyone but I can only imagine the gut wrenching feeling these guys have had to feel every time they turned on their computer the last few weeks. If your dream was burning down around you and someone handed you a pail of water it wouldn’t always get dumped in the right place to control the fire. I can’t tell you that you should have a backup lb/tether but I decided long ago If I wanted to introduce someone to saddle hunting I had to have at least two full systems ready to go. I will soon have four and If I had to share lb/tether between them I would eventually show up to a tree with one saddle only to realize my lb/tether are with another saddle instead of with me.
