It’s unfortunate, but nice to see I’m not the only one. 3 emails without a response dating back to 8/28. Maybe they have some technical issues.......maybe???

Either that, or: a fledgling, young company that is understaffed as they try to get things off the ground and running, while still doing their full time jobs and attending to family matters, all while trying to ensure all new products meet specs before shipping out and meet their strict standards and get the remaining products ready to ship too!
Patience is a virtue, often not found in today’s society. Every contact I have made with them has been replied to, but in time. Maybe I am more parltient because I saw the other side of things growing up as my parents went off on their own starting a business, but don’t worry, they will get back with you or work with you on what you need. Keep in mind, you are only 8 days out from your first email, 3 of which where a holiday weekend. Not that they were ignoring your email, but I did get an auto email over the weekend that says they packed most of my order and shipped it on Monday (the holiday), so they are hustling to get things out for all of us!
