Actually a fillet radius on opposite side of tube would help. That sharp corner is where they would fail in my opinion....but they look plenty strong to me.

Ok, so now I know why XOP raised the price of their six point bracket to $20. Our initial pricing puts this new climbing stick v-bracket at $19. How much interest is there at this price point? This does includes hardware.

I'm in, probably switch all of my lone wolf v brackets before next season since I'm using amsteel and the original brackets just don't feel as secure as my helium's (with the rope mods). Plus, small business with local guys. Plus, made in USA. having said that tho, if they're too expensive for you to make money, then I'll go with the xop. Or, since I have a set of both types, use the LW for the first two sticks and the helium's for the top two.

Thanks @Islandshooter , for the record, XOPs v-bracket is no longer sold as they took it off their site. They sell the six point bracket ($20) but that is for 1.25" platform posts not climbing sticks. So the only option available that I know of is the LW bracket for $9.99. See pics above for noticeable differences.

Looking for some more feedback and interest before we place an order for stock.

I'm in for 10- I like the upgrade from a LW- wider and further from tree= safer.

4.75 oz - should be similar to the old XOP v-bracket that is no longer available. They are bigger and more beefy than the LW standoffs and were designed that way.
Yeah the original 6 point bracket was designed by Todd Prignitz as he wasnt happy with the original LW standoff design. They eventually went with an off set bracket but the six point is perfect for saddle platforms due to limited radius of a saddle platform.
