Last night was the moment I’ve waited for since my son was born. After practicing all summer and figuring out our system to get in the tree my 11yo put an absolute PERFECT shot on a nice doe last night while hanging from the Mantis. He center punched her heart and we heard her crash 60 yards away. I have a feeling he’s going to put me to shame in the coming years

Congrats! To date, all of my fondest hunting memories have been with my dad. And I’ve enjoyed the heck out of hunting with friends and other family members for years. There’s just a special bond that takes place when you hunt with your Pops. So cool your boy killed his first one out of a saddle!
