Forum Name!!!

My email address - super creative - I wasn’t really thinking about it at the time - so now everyone thinks my first name is Kelly. I think Huck called me that for the first three days of SaddlePalooza LOL

Mine is my middle name. Have been called by this name since I was born. In my whole life I have only meet one person that went by the name Holt, and he worked at Cabelas in Hamburg, PA

Jefferson is a longtime nickname w my friends and 10940 is an old zip code and like Ernie said, I have yet to be denied use of this handle.

My best bud started calling me scrappy-do in our early 20's when we used to get into it a lot in our barhopping/ skirt chasing/ night clubbing days.
He kept shortening it- it was scrappy-d then scrap-donx then finally sdonx.
sdonx never gets denied.

Mine comes from a big creek/small river I grew up on; hunting, fishing , swimming. Took me years of searching to find the origin of its name, Sipsey. Turns out it’s an Indian word for a type of tree that was once abundant along its banks.

The very first internet forum I signed up for was a MD Terps website, I live in Garrett County MD so without putting much thought into it, I made my name GCTerpfan. Every forum I have joined since then I have used the same name. Its easier to remember that way.

Raised in the City of Champions obviously. Actually I grew up in the burbs but it's a whole regional thing we all embrace and I lived in the City for a few years after college. I don't even have an accent but I can really put one on, especially around other yinzers. The elk part, I don't know, just what I registered as on the first forum I joined and figured I would stick with it. Elk hunting and deer hunting, obsessed with both equally and they are so different. Just wish elk hunting wasn't so dang far away.

One of my other passions has always been motorcycles and I spent years racing them starting in 1974 with my last race in 2005. Racing and bow hunting was always a perfect combination, when one was winding down, the other was ramping up.

My forum name was something simple "bowhunter" and 15 was my age when I joined the Blood Brothers forum. I've kept the same name on several forums for consistency. I've been on hunting forums nearly half my life lol.

My grandpa used to call me "The Great White Hunter of Appalachia" because all I talked about was hunting even before I had ever been.
No one in my family really hunted so I kinda had to teach myself.
That turned my Youtube channel "Appalachia: On The Hunt"

Hey Holt, Bob McNair (Texans) has a grandson named Holt McNair. He used to be a pitcher at Rice U.
