Several years ago I bought a TL Treesaddle. I tried it one season but just could not get into it. I liked the idea but I just could not stay comfortable enough to sit in it for more than an hour or so. Well, last week I received a Aero Hunter Evolution in the mail. So far I think I am going to like it better than the Treesaddle. Hopefully tomorrow I can play around with it some more and be hunting out of it soon!

Congrats on your purchase! Take the time to fine tune your adjustments and you will be very happy with it! :)

Nice. Welcome back. There are several guys here with that model and they usually suggest that you can get that saddle tweaked really well but you'll have to spend some time in it, ground height, on a tree, adjusting and relaxing until you find your sweet spot. I don't have one but they seem like they are well thought out and well made.

Good luck. Give it some time and ask these guys a lot of questions. One question that you might want to answer is what wasn't comfortable? feet, knees, legs, butt, hips, back??? It may be something simple like using a platform works for you or you may just get some great advice for adjustments on your bridge/tether...

I have one and it just takes time to get it dialed in. Make small adjustments and do one thing at a time.

The biggest issue for me was the pressure on my hips. The Aero Hunter doesn't seem to give me that problem. I think that I really had a size too big in the Treesaddle. I had a large and from what I later discovered I should have got a medium. All that said, If the version of the saddle that I had would have been lighter and packed down smaller I would have continued to use it even with the discomfort.

Welcome .
I don't have an aero now, but have had several Aeros and they are indeed a great saddle. I just got to the point where I could get comfy with a lot less, so I wanted to go even smaller/lighter. It may take some time in the saddle to get it dialed in, sure, but it's worth it.
Hope you have a great season and enjoy yourself

I recently got the evo as well. Love it so far... opening day monday here... can't wait to use it...
