Well, bit the bullet last week and ordered a kestrel. Been doing all the video watching I can and decided to give this saddle thing a shot. I currently hunt 100% public land and decided a saddle and the wild edge steps I already had might be the way to go to stay light and mobile.

I feel like using a saddle will be much safer (two young boys have changed my thoughts on safety).

Looking forward to getting my kestrel in the mail and getting used to it!
