I’ve seen some good ideas on using the hand climber top for a platform and a method to climb. I was wondering for those of you who have tired it how do u like it? How is it to climb with? J

I’ve read that one! Tons of good info! Wonder if you went with the xl tree belts for the hand climber if that would help

Definitely would give you the chance to get into those bigger trees. I just bought one but won't get to use it til March. Two of the areas I hunt are very climber friendly so I'm thinking it'll be my best option. I think the redsquirrel aider method will help to get around limbs and large knots. It'll take lots of practice but it's worth it to have a platform and climbing method all in one...at least in theory.
