I picked one up a couple seasons ago but never used it till this year. I always figured nothing could beat my sled. Boy was I wrong. This cart made the job much easier. Will be my go to if I'm not in a swamp.
I've had intermittent issues with the front handle as well. Debating drilling a hole and just adding a locking pin like the back side instead of tightening the bolts to snug it up. Another idea I had was to heat from a section of pvc pipe to fit over the joint, with a slot cut out to go over the bolt head. slide up onto handle to fold, slide down to reinforce so I don't have the dang cart ramming me in the Achilles again.I shot a buck on Sunday probably pushing 200# dressed. It was my first experience with the cart and I honestly didn't have a great experience.
Issue I had in the field was the folding handle would not lock on the frame very well. This affected the leverage of the cart up front drastically as I had to stop and keep adjusting it. At one point, I had to disassemble the handle to ensure the fabric of the cart was on the outside of the bolt. This helped some but the handle still did not handle the front weight of a buck that size.
Jury is still out on this cart for me. I'm going to make something that cinches this leverage point tighter the next time I use it. I'd say a high quality hose clamp that I can leave on the frame and cinch tight as necessary.
It works good as a bike trailer. I've only hauled one deer with it but have hauled a lot of trash down my .7 mile lane. I did replace the tires with solid rubber. It rolls harder but no flat tire worries.

Still a great cart even with that minor annoyance, I love rolling right over logs and such
