If you’re from Beaumont, you aren’t from Texas. You’re more-less a coon-azz.
Wile I do like boudain, I love brisket. Boudain typically is dinner when I do an all night smoke on a brisket. And you like boudain more than brisket…
I got drawn for a public land archery hunt in north Texas last year. I started researching saddles a little for that hunt, but I ended up getting a xop hang on stand. Most people that had success on that hunt were in a saddle, so I'm trying it out now.Welcome. You seem to have been here a while.
Were you hunting Hagerman? I was fortunate enough to hunt there quite a few times before it got more difficult to draw.I got drawn for a public land archery hunt in north Texas last year. I can’t think of a single redeeming quality that texas has going for it. Welcome aboard!

Ok, so what is boudain?
It sure looks good...
It’s a Cajun delicacy,
Basically a rice/liver sausage.

To be fair, the Hill Country and the coast/fishing from like Matagorda to Mexico is pretty nice...
And there can be some good Tex-Mex to be had in San Antone.
And there's some decent duck hunting to be had....
I mean, it's definitely a step above Georgia.
I was ready to dismiss every thing you said, like always, until you took a shot a Georgia and won me back over, lol
