It should show up here

If you are not in tapatalk you can link to a photo posted somewhere by clicking on the Img buttom above, or you can click on the attachments button below the posting window and add them, and then place them inline.

I do not have/idea tapatalk but every time I try to attach a picture it says that the file is too large. How do you fix that issue?

I have the picture saved in my phone but cannot get it to post.

You need to save the picture as a smaller image size (in pixels). Tapatalk does this for you which is why it makes it easy. The reason for this is because an image of about 1200x1200 pixels may fill the entire computer screen. Most cameras are probably taking photos 3-4 times that size nowadays but they are useless for viewing in a web browser.
