How many of you still use screw in steps for your saddle use with a platform?

Love the cranford t's. Use them both on my own property and the family farm.

I have 8 trees preset with steps. They are the farthest hardest to get to. I did it so I can go in light. I use 1 stick to get started the steps are around 8-10 off the ground. The rest of my presets are all climbing stick trimmed and ready. The Godfather said he has 40 so I got 40 ready this year.

IMO there is not better way than a tree pre-set with screw in steps when allowed. I have over 40 trees set up and ready to go all over my state. I climb up on the steps and then have another 5-6 screw in steps to stand on. I love the simplicity of walking in and climbing a tree that is ready. All I need is my saddle and bow.

If I could only use one climbing method on private land for a the rest of my life I would choose cranfords every time.... if you told me I had to use ameristep screw ins and not cranfords I would probably answer different lol.
