Hey everyone.

Been a Treesaddle user since '08, off and on with my climber as time and location allows. Haunted a few of the hunting forums a bit, and remember all the initial folks that helped get everyone up to speed as they started to catch on (Joaxe, etc). Once Trophyline closed up I was sure that'd be the end of it, glad to see there's new saddles and companies that are popping up and filling in the gap.

I've had some crazy setups over the years, and am still tinkering with it today.

Only regret was I got the neoprene saddle over the mesh, but hey - it was still the best 80 bucks I spent on a sling. Can't believe I missed the biggest buck of my life in it.. Oh well.

Welcome to the site :D

I can't believe you got your tree saddle for only 80 bucks!

Yep! Cabelas Bargain Cave special, they asked 99 for it on clearance, I offered 80 and they bit.

By the time I learned about the mesh saddle, it was too late - they were up over 250, and I had a hard time justifying the cost for some webbing and mesh. I think my next evolution will end me up with one of the NewTribe seats; either the Champion or the Walkabout. Haven't decided yet, but I'm a while off of getting a new seat.

The one I've got still works fine. :D

That was a steal!!

You got it right, the saddles do last a long time. Everybody likes new toys though :D
