Bowtech 12 the next time we are heading up to my Inlaws for a visit I will PM you and see if we can’t work something out. They live right in the Adirondacks it is a beautiful area but I’m not sure how far it is to Rochester from there. I will keep you posted.

I saw you like flukeing. We go to the wreaks, but mostly great bay. You fish around there?

Yes I’ve fished Great Bay, Barnegat Bay, and LBI. I just recently started fishing from the kayak most of my other trips were from a boat or the shoreline. I got a late start this year for Fluke but plan to hit them hard next season!

It’s ok but a lot of hunters and the quality of the deer is not as good as in some places in the state.

That being said in the general area you have three WMA’s Greenwood, Stafford Forge, and Manahawkin in order of size.

Plus on all three of the WMA’s there are well established trails and roads that allow access to most of the areas.

If you do your homework and get off the beaten path you can find deer but pressure can be heavy from hunters close to the easy access points.
