"LAUGH AT YOUSELF" MOMENTS

I don't think I've ever forgot my bow but I've forgot my release so many times I leave a homemade PVC backtension release in my backpack. Other than that I'm prone to forgetting ALL sorts of things on my way into the woods. I've become very adept at improvising.

Like having Stomach problems on the way out of the woods and cutting your underwear off and using them as TP. This has only happened once, now I keep either wet wipes or TP in literally every pack I own.

I can't tell you how many shirts are missing the bottom 6" or socks without tops I have owned through the years.....

You can buy rolls without the cardboard center. Best to just use half or so. Then seal them in a food saver bag. Takes up no room and no chance to get wet. Just make sure you use your knife to open the bag before you leave your gear behind to find a tree!!! Those bags aren't easy to open with your teeth. Not that it's something that's ever happened to me...

Have you considered vacum sealable ziplocks?

I'm not familiar with them.
Ziplock has a bag that has a vacum seal port on them so you can reseal the bag... I can't find them at the moment though but food saver makes them as well. I'll try to locate a retailer and post it.
