Here is my set up:

Gheenoe Highsider with a 1963 9.8 merc, which now is on a manual jack plate and has a hydrofoil to keep the bow down when I am running it alone

I have run up and down a lot of creeks and rivers in this fly fishing over the past several years but haven't taken it deer hunting yet. That is gonna change this year for sure

This spring I wired it for a bilge, installed internal strip lighting under the gunnels, put in forward and rear running lights so I am looking forward to a few zero dark thirty insertions and post sundown extractions and some local water access only public this fall

Here’s my Old Town Camper Royalex. I’ve only taken it out hunting a couple times. I only have one area I can use it and I have to paddle across the lake. Last time I carried it the wind was so bad I just left it on top of the truck. It’s been great for the family though. Everyone always comments that the Old Town Camper was their favorite canoe.

I'll never not be mad about the Royalex canoe a guy sold out from under me.

Nice boat

Protects the boat and fender from door dingy's.

It does do that, and also destroys my shins on occasion, but most importantly the guy who made the trailer designed with with matching U shaped racks that install onto those arms so you can transport multiple kayaks or a canoe in the air over the gheenoe. They are removable with wing nuts and I keep them mostly stored

I drove to Kentucky from North Alabama for this one. I made real sure he was going to hold onto it for me before I drove four hours to get it. Unfortunately that happens a lot on marketplace. I’d love to get a Old Town pack one day.

I've got the Richard's version of it - Field & Stream Kay-Noe. 12'. It might be my favorite sporting goods purchase. Although, if I were to do it again, I probably would have gone with a canoe that would more easily fit a deer or a second paddler or a week's worth of camping gear.

Need to find the time to run up to TN to pick up my new rig I am getting from @Beardedbowhunter . Very excited about it

Mengle it’s patiently awaiting your arrival. I’ve been working on my 14ft vhull StarCraft I will post pictures here when I get it done. I believe I’ve already picked out my next boat purchase though which is a Riverhawk B60 they are just sweet, to bad they aren’t made anymore

Nice. I’m not familiar with that one. One cool thing about the pack is the weight. I think it’s only 33 or 36lbs. My big camper is right around 60lbs I believe. I can carry it no problem but I just made a cart for it so I can load it down at the truck and roll everything down to the water in one trip.
