Finally got one. Been out everyday since opening on Sept 18th, botched 2 shots and then hadn't seen much since until yesterday! A bunch of firsts here... first time saddle hunting, first bow kill (had primarily been a rifle hunter until this year), and first arrow I had put fletching on, and first time hunting the acreage behind my home. (Had been waiting on mantis to arrive instead of putting up a stand). LOVE IT! Planning my backcountry hunts right now.

not a problem. Just FYI, anytime you want to tag someone type the @ symbol and then start typing their name. It will pop up with names that match and just click the one you want. Make sure there is no space after the @ sign.

Thanks for the offer to help me out but please send my stuff back to them.

They have already sent out another set to me & it will arrive tomorrow.

They fixed the mistake within about 30min of me emailing them.

Communication & customer service was great.

Also thanks for being a stand up guy and not just keeping everything.

We have some real quality guys on SH !

I think you're right. I'm assuming they're going to send them together. I've got a SYS Hauler, SYS Hauler ES, Recliner, and MicroFit Adjusters on order. I doubt they'll send them individually as they arrive.

The only accessories that have shipped are SYS Haulers. If you're waiting on an ES and MicroFit Adjusters, they're probably going to ship them together, once they've received both.

For what it's worth, micro-fit adjusters and sys hauler ES were showed shipped with my order, but I only received the saddle. It sounds like they're getting the Micros and Sys right out to me, though.

So... if the stress and disappointment was too much, consider purchasing after a product is actually shipping from inventory. You can skip the headache, and receive your order only a little later.

Also, a lot of us spent years on this site not being able to buys saddles from a manufacturer anyways... we made them ourselves because they weren’t in the marketplaceS
I have several products I pre-ordered over a year ago and the R&D isn’t done yet..... this is how it goes when you want to be AHEAD of the rest of the market.

I know it’s been slow but we are making progress. We finally found a thruster that doesn’t set the woods on fire. We are working on getting the noise level down to an acceptable level. The biggest hurdle right now is the software. Either way we should have your antigravity boots soon.

If we had more hunters like this, you'd be able to leave a treestand or trail camera out without fear of it being stolen.
