I understand they're a new business, so if there is this kind of back log maybe they should start hiring some more people? I ordered a whole system with the exception of the predator platform as I have a platform from the old days using my "Treesuit" (any of you remember that?) I still have two of them and they still work well but big and bulky..... but still not as bad as a typical treestand to lug around. Anyway, the Tethrd product looks excellent and I just hope I can get mine soon. I of course ordered a large as well.

Hiring more people want help them. There waiting on sewers, and they looked into getting another sewing company, but it’s still a big process of 6 weeks or more to get the second company to get going. It would not change anything for the guys that’s already ordered. There are as website says 6 weeks behind. There are guys here that have waited several months before they got there stuff. I am one of them and I know any day in the next 2 weeks I should have my stuff. So waiting 6 weeks is much better than it was overall.
 
I just wish they would let us know what date they are on with each size. I wouldn't think that would be too hard to do. I have sent an email and a pm but haven't heard back from them.

Poor Val, I'm sure she is working a day job as well and trying to get all this done. I'm sure nobody will be more happy to get all caught up than Ernie and Val and Greg.

I don't want to make this a negative "B" session It sounds like they're doing the best they can.
 
Just received rest if my order. Recliner, Hauler, Ropeman. Without a shipping notice. Love surprises! All thats left is the Predator and I am ready to saddle up
 
If they think they are going to be caught up soon then why did the delivery estimate on the site go from 3-5 weeks to 6 weeks?

Shouldn’t that be going down?

Weren’t they supposed to get a big order of predators and be caught up like 2 weeks ago? I haven’t gotten mine yet.
 
Maybe there is a thread on this already, but what are guys doing to haul in the predator platform? I'm strapping mine to the outside of my backpack. Not bad for going in and up. My issue is with getting back down. Seems I need to find a better way to get it back onto my backpack again on the way down. Problem is, I'm wearing my backpack by the time I come across the platform on the way down.

I actually put mine in the pack. When it's time to come down, (before removing my tether) I take the pack off and load the predator first.

I was thinking some kind of caribener clip on the way up and down. I always hang my sticks on little loops on the way up. Hoping the mantis has a way to attach my loops like my tree harness does.

Probably trying to go with the under-promise and over-serve motto if I had to guess
 
I see a first person to kill from the Mantis, Am I the first person to hit and lose a deer from the Mantis? This was Sunday the 7th. It was down at 30 yards for 30-40 mins. Walked up to it and it got up and bolted onto private land. Also, I completely missed one last night, is that another one for the record books?

I killed a coyote on Oct 3 from the Mantis. Who had a kill before that?
