Thanks !Welcome
Thanks !Welcome
That's great , thanks for the order ! What saddle are you using ? I'm still needing one ...Welcome.
I’m a new saddle hunter also and should be getting my Bullman saddle platform package today.
Thank you I appreciate that . They were actually made to climb ! ... They will also catch on better for that in time . I mean , everyone loved pagers 15 years ago !?! Lol ... , I love climbing with them once I figured the fine points out ! I am about to put a package together for the climbing system and a platform. Thanks again !Welcome to the forum, nice steps.
Thanks . I haven't actually measured , but I often do not use all 12 steps , and I like to be around 20'. ... I would guess , a 6' guy with an average stride would get at least 20' with 12 steps. Maybe higher , I will use a tape next time I climb. How many steps to reach 20+ feet? I like your system. Looks like it’s easier to pack in than my lone wolf climbing sticks.

With an 18" stride, it would take 13 steps to get to 20'. If you can make a 24" stride, you can get there in 10 steps.

and don't see how I can buy just the steps. I already have a quality ratchet strap. Help a brother out?
Great info there Greg. I am around 6' and to my knee comfortable , not stretching any is 20" if not more. So my estimations were pretty close . 12 steps should get a 6 footer 20+ feet.Your most comfortable stride will be the height from your knee cap to the ground. If you're in decent shape and flexible, you can stretch that a good ways. Always remember, an easy stride in the early season with light clothes is much more difficult in late season hunting with heavy clothes.
