New to Saddle Hunting from NY

Make sure you wear a climbing harness with that setup. Looks comfortable!

Also, I wouldn't trust that buckle on your bridge to hold under a fall. Something to consider.

Yea i also have the black diamond rc harness that i will be attached to my tether with also. I thought that the xop strap would be a safe to use but maybe your right not sure if it would hold. Really liking it so far playing around with it. will have to get out on an actual tree this weekend and see how it feels.
 
Welcome fellow New Yorker! I'm on Long Island but do hunt Delaware and Greene counties for turkey and once in awhile for deer.
