Welcome to spending way too much money on the latest hyped up gear, uncomfortable hip pinch, fidgeting for hours, swinging around the tree and getting picked off, weird off angle shots and the disappointment that comes from discovering saddles aren’t all they cracked up to be! If you set your expectations pretty low it can only be up hill from there. I enjoy hunting out of saddle and have for several years but it came with time and practice with the system. They aren’t without out quirks. If you put the time in, you will open up the saddle to its full potential as a mobile hunting system. Good luck!
