One happy kid!

We had a work day at the club, me and the guys were cutting wood yesterday . A guy came up with his dog and 5 puppies. He was out walking. I was sharpening a friend’s chain saw and I heard the guys laughing. I had my 11 year old son with me. Well the guy was trying to find homes for the pups. My son of course said “I will take one.” I still did not know what was going on. We moved the vehicles to another pile of wood and I could not find my son. He was out in the middle of this cutover. I yelled to him and he got up and turned around with a pup in his arms. I called my wife and explained what was going on. She started laughing, told me something about lack of parental supervision with puppies around. I ended up having to be the bad guy. We already have a dog.
