Well it opening day tomorrow for NJ. Morning can't come soon enough.

Anyone from NJ heading out this weekend? Good weather and itbis not going to be blistering hot so I'm pretty happy right now.

I'll be out! It's amazing how I spend the entire year prepping for hunting season and yet I've still been finalizing all my stuff all night the last two nights lol!
 
Good luck @redsquirrel! My wife is going to Chester craft fair tomorrow, so if I make it out, it won't be until the evening. Have fun and be safe. Can you give @hambone a good spot to swing from tomorrow? He's on a great team and we could use the points!

Thank you! Good luck if you make it out! I will be out both sits tomorrow. I'm on daddy duty sunday but if I want to push my luck I can probably sit a couple hours early in an easy spot on Sunday. Right now it's all about getting an "antlerless" down.

@hambone doesn't need my help. And he is retired now so he could hunt every day if he wants. He will be out, but he likes shooting them better when the weather gets colder!

I hear you. That has been me as well. Lol

Figures watch 6 bucks for 2 hours and early bow you have tag a doe first. Have not seen a single doe this morning.

Heading back to the truck now. Have to take the wife and kids out so will back out for an evening sit later.

Doe driving in. Doe walking in. Nothing from tree so far. I did have a hummingbird come check me out which was pretty cool.

No apologies teammate! Have fun, be safe, and the fur will eventually fly. We hunters in NJ have to pace ourselves. It's a long season.
