I cant function without my coffee in the mornings. I used to limit it to 3 cups a day, now I'm somewhere between 5 and 6. A couple weeks ago, I had a couple of nights where I was laying there restless, and actually craving a hot cup of coffee. Just out of the blue at 1am.
I got up, fixed a cup, drank it, and went fast to sleep. Caffeine doesn't keep me awake like it used to. My mom is the same way. Coffee is all she drinks, from sun up, to when she goes to bed at night. She can't drink much else than water or she gets stomach issues. No soda, tea, juice, etc. Just coffee and water.
