How long are your linemans belt and tree tether ropes. I'm trying to eliminate some bulk in my kestrel setup

My tether and linesman belt are 6'.
Still a newbie but I like 8’. I hunt some areas with large trees. I like smaller trees but worried about circumference. I struggled sometimes with my LW climber. Tetherwise i am making a second connection to my belt.

6-8 foot. Go out and find the largest tree you are going to hunt and put them around it. Give yourself an extra foot on each and trim them. That way you'll always have enough.
