Rope Vs Web Cobra buckle belt

I’ve ordered with a D Ring belt and the rope as an option to try. I also have my trust cobra buckle in the gear box in case they all suck. I can make my own belt with that.
 
I miss my rope belt on the latitude saddle I had. I love my Orion but if there is one thing I’d change it’s a rope belt. I’m going to reach out to Jamie after the season and see if I can get a custom one made with a rope belt.
 
I have rope belts on both of my lead saddles and prefer them because I like to loosen my waist belt once I’m set up in the tree, and I’ve found it much easier to execute this maneuver with a rope belt than a web/buckle belt.
