I was just wondering if y'all know of any good portable extended souls or good hand saws for saddle hunting

Wicked, Hooyman, and Silky are good saws, although not in that order of preference. My favorite carry piece has to be the Coghlan's Mini Sierra Saw though...

I have that green one off Amazon and it works great but kinda heavy. I usually take it on the first sit of a spot if I think I’ll need it, but like I said, it’s kinda heavy.

Wicked tree saw has been in my pack for 14 years and still works like the day I bought it. Silky would be my next one.

I too just used the saw on my leatherman juice. If it's too big for that I just avoid it. But im also trying to avoid carrying a bigger saw, keeping my gear to a minimum so I can carry in weapon and platform, sticks slung over my back.

After doing some research this looks like the one that will fit me the best as a little extension pole for the long reach stuff and then a hand one for when I need that

So for you new saddle hunters I'm not all that experienced here but I just got my new saw in and they were way off on the weigh at 2.6 ibs this thing is absolutely amazing

It weighs less than what they advertise as I waited on my scale so I think this is a very nice universal extension with hand saw that you could get
