I have no experience with Burris or sig scopes. Sig guns are great. I wonder who is producing the scopes, could it be Nikon? I dont know if a leupold is in the budget you have set but the warranty is great. I have broken more than one leupold. They repair or replace for shipping costs. I sent them a 30 year old 2x7 with friction adjustments that had come apart. It was repaired. Test fired and mailed back with a thank you note for using their products. On another occasion 3.5x10 with the AO on the objective lost the adjustments. They sent a 3.5x10x 50mm because the other scope was no longer in production. I have 2 more older leupold at home to send now, a VXII 3x9x50 that has some fog on objective and a 1.5x5 that is 30 plus yrs old. After years on big bore rifles including a 458 WM it has finally lost its friction adjustment. Anyway they have my vote. No matter what line you choose and how rough you are on equipment they will repair or replace it. That is why I own dozens of them and have faith in the company. Just some of my experiences and opinion but good luck no matter what you choose and stay safe!
