Where did the rigging plates go? Is that a rappel ring where the rigging plate is supposed to be? (I Love my EVO by the way. It is the only saddle I've found that I can sit in with full leg support while straddling the tree trunk since they leg straps are independent instead of both being a part of a lower panel.)

Yep, replaced them with rappel rings. Let me see if I can find a link to the thread on this thing...

@I'm your Huckleberry - Mine's a size 1. 36" pants, 38" belly and there's plenty of room in the waist strap to come down to 34-36". I didn't see the size on the one for sale but size 1 should be perfect for you.
 
I can’t believe this celebrity saddle is still available.

I have to feed my daughter. Buy it.
