I think he means the entire piece of 2” webbing. At least that’s the way I take his question.

Ah right I see well in that case it is about 95" for the outer 2" webbing and then about 64" for the belt part, after I hemmed my saddle I cut my 2" webbing to 98".
I start the outer webbing in the middle at the top clip around that first portion and stitch it up.
I the measured the 17" loop and threaded the 9 1/2" long tubular 1" webbing onto the 2" webbing then clipped the lower edge all the way round to the next loop. don@t forget to thread your 1" webbing for your leg straps over the 2" webbing before you stitch it up i again did them over long to cut down at the end I don't mind wasting a little webbing, better having everything long than too short.
I then stitched the lower 2" webbing so that portion is done, measure the next 17" loop and thread the last piece of tubular webbing again and then clip the last portion back to where i started then you can cut any excess so it isn't short once I have the webbing stitched with about 6 rows of stitching because of the shape you need this so it starts the cupping and gives a nice shape to the saddle.
after i get the outer 2" done I then line up the tubular webbing and slide in the balls, I put 5 in but it isn't needed i think you can only use 4 max, once i had them all slid in i stitched an end then close to where the ball wanted to sit i pushed one up to the stitch and then stitched the other side and carry on till they are all done.
when I came to stitch the belt portion in I laid it inside up clipped the belt all the way round and then flipped it and followed my outer stitch line from my first webbing so everything matched up, after it was all on i just put a patch to cover the outer webbing where it started and stopped to make it look nice, anything else I can help with just ask, regards wayne
